Fortunately it's chock full of recipes, most of them recipes I would actually want to attempt. Although I'll be checking prices more carefully now, I don't feel as bad. With the amount of recipes, it's more like a $13 cookbook than a traditional magazine.
The first recipe I tried for lunch today. It's not much of a recipe, just a new way to finish up some leftover pasta. It was decently good. As good as a pan-fried pasta cake with red pepper flakes can be.
