Pizza pizza


Trying a new version of the classic pizza at my house: pesto, cherry tomato, and burrata on Mediterranean flat bread. Good!

  1. What's bratta? Never heard of it. I make mini-pizza for Kevin & friends with wheat thins. (I think that's what it's called. Very thin hamberger buns.) goat cheese, cliced tomatoes, and fresh rosemary is good, too. A pot of rosemary is good to have around. They refused to die even you don't fuss over it, and around holidays when fresh herbs are not abundant, you can stuff turkey with lemons while roasting.
