Those are spent tulips, aren't they? I love the color. I think you are supposed to wait till leaves are completely wilted, then trim close to ground. Dig them up and keep in a fridge till ready to plant in Oct. Or at least, that's the theory.

Papa & I had a good laugh on his comment for this post. He really thought they were regular flowers in their prime. He was not being sarcastic, but was being flower-dumb.
