Sick.

Pretty much knew I was going to catch this kid's URI when he coughed directly into my mouth while swabbing for strep.

    Hopefully he was negative for strep. (Papa's comment) I'm sorry to hear you are sick. Hope it'll be a short one.

      He was, although everyone in the clinic so far has been negative for Strep. Even the kid who had a very classic presentation, according to my preceptor, with the scarlatina rash and palatal petechiae. Now my preceptor is questioning the kits.
