This pie is not winning any awards for beauty, mostly because I had to peel the top crust back in order to add the forgotten pats of butter, and then every thing fell apart as I tried to cram random bits of crust together. But, it is an excellent tasting pie! Rhubarb and strawberry couldn't be more perfect together.

  1. I've seen that fruit combination for pies, but never had a home made one. Glad it turned out nice.
