At the end of week 1 of body for life. Adam has actually been really excited about it since he read the book and it's fun to do together. Our dinner has gotten dramatically smaller but when you are eating 6 times a day you don't even miss it! My only complaint is that its hard to work in enough servings of vegetables. Adam loves the new diet since it is significantly more meat and less vegetables. Anyway tonight I made the turkey bacon quiche in his recipe book. Who knew whole wheat tortillas made a great crust!
Still homesick. In case you were wondering. I am starting to think I won't ever grow out of that.

That looks really good! Happy working out! I made a 50% whole wheet cottage cheese bread yesterday. I still love bread, so I'm trying a guilt-free, protein-rich recipe. This one's really soft and I can't believe it's healthy.

You don't know how annoying it is when everyone talks about how badly they miss you and wondering what you're doing whenever you don't update your blog hahah. But really, we all love you tons and we miss you so much. I didn't want to get out of bed after you left lol
