I was scooping some of the instant coffee on the left, and noticed what looked like dust on the spoon. I thought that was odd, and when I looked more closely inside the container, I saw more of the white stuff inside. Then it began to dawn on me that it was not dust, but in fact, horror of horrors..... Mold. In the coffee I've been drinking daily. Incredulously I looked at the expiration date, which turned out to be 2010. My nightmare continued as I realized every bag of coffee I owned expired at least one year ago. Adam says this explains a lot.
