Inappropriately picked the hottest day so far to spend cooking. Made farmers market strawberry pancakes for lunch. Roasted cauliflower and bell pepper frittata for weekday lunches. And sweet and sour pork from a Colville farm for dinner. Officially overheated.
I overheard mama asking you what she might put on the menu for your upcoming visit...I'm adding this sweet and sour pork! Looks great!
