A week later and Attempt #2

THIS is what I was trying to make!
The cream from last week thickened in the fridge so I tried again.

    THAT LOOKS HEAVENLY!!! Not a good thing to see the night of fasting for a small medical exam. I soooo want a bite of that thing!
